Journal ~ Ten minutes, start your day with a positive mindset. Write down positive affirmations, gratitude etc
Breakfast ~ Break the fast! Start your day with a healthy breakfast. Protein Smoothie, Chia Pudding.
Supplement ~ Nourish your body with the right supplements and support. Collagen-9, Up & Glowing, Good Gut n Go.
Music ~ nothing beats playing your favourite playlist in the morning. Avoid TV, radio or news.
No Caffeine ~ after 1pm
No Food/Alcohol ~ 3 hours before bed
No Screen Time ~ 1 hour before bed

Take a shower or bath ~ 30 minutes before bed
Journal ~ Enjoy a cup of sleep tea while you brain dump your day for five minutes, get it out of your head and on paper.

Sleep ~ If you struggle to fall asleep try listening to a sleep story/mediation or even green noise.
